I-77 EXPRESS® Rewards and NC Quick Pass are separate programs. You can join I-77 EXPRESS® Rewards at any time. For drivers who are in both programs, eligibility to receive I-77 EXPRESS® Rewards discount offers will be based on your NC Quick Pass standing.
To have a valid NC Quick Pass account, you must have a prepaid balance. Without a prepaid balance, discount offers will not be sent to your I-77 EXPRESS® Rewards account. Additionally, if you do not have a prepaid balance, your NC Quick Pass account is automatically converted into a Bill by Mail customer rate.
